FOOD FOR ALL, COVID 19 RELIFE

In the face of the global pandemic, United Way Greater Nigeria spearheads collaborative efforts to provide essential health and food
security support to vulnerable individuals and families. Overcoming the challenges posed by the sudden rise in Coronavirus cases
and subsequent restrictions on movement and businesses, our proactive response aims to alleviate the hardships faced by those
most affected.
With over 15,000 beneficiaries directly impacted, the consequences of the pandemic have been deeply felt. Job losses and business
closures, especially in the low and lower-middle-income brackets, have highlighted the urgent need for targeted assistance.
Individuals in daily-income-dependent communities, particularly in Lagos, face financial strains without savings to weather the
lockdown.
