SKILLS FOR LIFE
admin- In March 2019, Lagos Beach Rugby organized a corporate rugby tournament where 4 corporates competed against each other. United Way Greater Nigeria was one of the partners for this event and Lagos Beach Rugby generously donated a set of rugby kits into Eko Akete Secondary School. This was done to teach students about the game of rugby and also to instill in students the valuable life skills that are often derived from playing rugby.
- The donated rugby kit consisted of rugby balls, rugby cones and rugby flags. This rugby kit presentation is the first phase of introducing the Skills for Life program where students acquire positive life skills and values from learning the art and team spirit behind the game of rugby.
