The Skill To Employment program (STEP) provided 150 youth from 4 communities in lagos with comprehensive training, with practical skills in Graphics Design, Digital Marketing, Front End Web Development, and Networking and Security. This initiative aligns with United Way Greater Nigeria and Rack Centre’s commitment to fostering digital literacy and employability.

The successful participants are not only graduates of the program but have also secured internship placements in various organizations across the state.
