Book/Art Buddies Program aimed at empowering young children between the ages of 4 and 9 with essential knowledge and skills while fostering a love for reading and creativity.

The program reached out to 100 students across three participating schools and donated recently released storybooks for children by the renowned novelist Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.

These captivating books not only enriched the students’ literary experience but also served as a testament to the power of storytelling in igniting young minds.

In collaboration with Casava Insurance, the Books/Art Buddies Program engaged children in primary schools through:

• Interactive book reading sessions
• Other engaging activities

Over 100 school pupils from three schools participated:

• St. Peters Primary School
• St. Mary Girls Primary School
• St. Mary Convent Primary School, Lagos

They were immersed in the storybook “Mama’s Sleeping Scarf,” authored by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, which was donated by our partner, Casava Insurance.
