Mr. Raphael Uchenna Ugbonaghara (ACIS) serves as the Company Secretary to the UWGN and its Board. Raphael is passionate about using his legal expertise to support the UWGN’s programs. He is an experienced corporate lawyer specializing in company secretarial practices, legal advisory, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Raphael was engaged by UWGN in June 2020 and has since supported the Board in implementing corporate governance practices, providing company secretarial, legal drafting & advisory services.
Raphael is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and an Associate Member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN).
